In 1979 the winery "Domaine Costa Lazaridi" founded the first "modern" vineyard in the Drama region. Today it can look back on over 1000 awards and trophies in international competitions and with its wines it is represented in 23 countries worldwide.
In the meantime, in the 15,000 square meter building complex of the winery (including the wine museum), numerous first-class vinegars are produced in addition to wines.

So the Koutsorigiagis winery from northern Evia in Greece has stood for high quality organic products since 1989.
Excellent fig dressing:

It contains 80% fig syrup (from dried figs) and 20% vinegar from grapes.

Fig syrup consists of 100% dried figs and water and has a slightly spicy rather than sweet taste.
Like the syrup, the fig dressing - like the syrup - is made from the unique variety of "Smyrni" figs from the North Evia region and is a really tasty food.
Both can be used for either cooking or pastries, as give a special flavor to green salads, cheese, chicken, and meat.
