Sun-dried tomatoes with spices marinated in oil. Pitenis lightly salted sun dried tomatoes are specially dried and treated to retain a certain softness. These tomatoes are usually used as a starter, in salads and on sandwiches. They can also be used to refine pizzas or (pasta) sauces, or as a meat filling.
