The Semeli Mondo is pressed with selected berries and stands out due to its bright, straw-yellow colour. The aromas are composed of citrus fruits, green mango and yellow fruits.
With well-proportioned herbs (including mint), it tastes very fresh and fruity on the palate, but also impresses with its savory flavor and its pleasantly noticeable residual sweetness.
This Semeli white wine is recommended as an aperitif or with fresh salads. Especially ideal for mild or warm summer days.
