This Sauvignon Blanc stands out because of its fresh, light and slightly yellowish color. Its fragrance is strong, on the palate rather gentle with a long finish. Overall, the aromas of gooseberry, mayacuja, melon and lychee dominate.

The grapes are grown at an altitude of over 600 meters in the Amyndeo region. The Alpha Estate winery is part of the "Natura 2000" ecological protected area network, which was brought into being by the European Union. There the soils are poor in organic matter and the microclimate is ideal for the local viticulture. Alpha observes the strict requirements for sustainable cultivation and harmony with natural resources.

This Sauvignon Blanc goes very well with fresh seafood and fresh salads. Awarded a gold medal in 2019.
