A lot of coffee has always been drunken in Greece. The coffee usually consists of unfiltered coffee powder, which is poured as a sediment. Mocha varieties and the Greek coffee Frappe, which is usually drunk cold or even with an ice cube, are particularly popular. Although the purely Greek coffee culture is not particularly old, it is really celebrated.
