Careful processing of the musts and the annual aging in oak barrels guarantee this high-quality, excellent botamico balsamic vinegar from Greece.

Tastes great with lentil and onion dishes and especially with fresh anchovies.                                          
In this balsamic vinegar, the vinegar spirit and slightly sour fruit jam are paired. A fresh acidity meets a sweet caramel aroma.
