The color of the typical Greek Kourabiedes has a symbolic character and stands for "purity". Originally known as traditional Christmas biscuits, Kourabides are now available in pastries/ bakeries all year round.

Founded in 1971, Fedon A.E. has been producing baked goods and confectionery in Greece. Including biscuits, traditional Greek biscuits and cakes, as well as breadsticks, candies and croutons.

Traditionally, Kourabiedes are baked with fresh almonds and sprinkled with lots of powdered sugar. They are very fat and very cute. These Kourabidis biscuits taste best in combination with hot coffee, cocoa or tea.
