"S.M.X." stands for the processed grape varieties Merlot, Syrah, Xinomavro from the Amyndeo growing region in Greece for this excellent red wine. The color characteristic of this wine is the brilliant ruby tone. It leaves a rich and rounded taste on the palate. The aroma is composed of wild berries, plums, vanilla, mocha coffee and wood.

The Ktima has a distinctive finish with an aftertaste of wild berries and spices. This S.M.X. Ktima red wine is aged in French Allier barrels for 18 months and does not require any filtration. From certified, sustainable viticulture of the Alpha Estate / Amyndeo region, with protected geographical indication of origin.

The dry S.M.X. Ktima red wine tastes great with dark meats that are served with sweet or spicy sauces, but also goes well with (fried) Kefalograviera.
