Rosemary from Mount Olympos, Greek. (from organic farming)

Rosemary has always been native to the Mediterranean, and the ancient Greeks saw it as a gift from Aphrodite.
For cooking, rosemary can be used fresh or dried. There is not only a wonderful aroma of meat and fish, but is also a key ingredient in the preparation of lamb dishes in the oven, pan or on the grill. It is also suitable for baked potatoes, roasted pumpkins, as well as roasted beets and marinades and it is the ideal spice for sauerkraut.

Preparation: Let (a glass / a cup) water and a teaspoon of dried rosemary boil for about 5-10 minutes. Cover with a cloth and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Then sieve tea if necessary and sweeten with sugar or honey.
