The white Semillon grapes are the basis for the must, added with high-quality wine vinegar, form the main essence for this excellent Botanico Basamico vinegar.
Careful processing and a four-year aging in oak barrels enable the aromatic taste of this high quality botamico balsamic vinegar. Since the vinegar has a brown color after ripening, it bears the nickname "Brown Seal".

As a dressing for salads (especially for pasta and tomato salads), or for marinating meat and grilled chicken. The concentrated taste of vinegar with a pleasant acidity meets the aroma of sweet fruit jam.
