Selected Semillon grapes, harvested from private vineyards in the Drama region, are the basics for this Botanico Balsamico vinegar and give this product a pleasant note.
Careful processing and especially the two-year storage and aging in oak barrels bring out the mature aroma.
This guarantees the high quality of this excellent botamico balsamic vinegar from Greece.

Recommended as a marinade, for salads or in combination with roasted pork.
The vinegar aroma mixes perfectly with the taste of dried figs, vanilla and caramel. A perfect balance between sweet and sour.
