Discover the delicate beans from Arosis, lovingly grown in the plains of Thessaly. Flourishing at an altitude of over 50 meters in the warm microclimate of the region, they have been cultivated for generations using traditional methods on irrigated farms with a variety of nutrient-rich soils, from heavy clay to light sandy and slightly acidic terrain. These beans are easy to prepare and delight your palate with their buttery texture.

Arosis places great value on traditional production in close collaboration with small family farms. The products are recommended for vegan and vegetarian cuisine.

Soaking time: 12 – 14 hours. Cooking time: 45 – 60 minutes in a pot (for soups)
Or 30 minutes in a pot and 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
