In addition to modern technology, here are used traditional manufacturing processes - from harvesting to processing. The olives are handpicked on company owned olive groves of approx. 200,000 square meters and are exclusively enriched with natural ingredients such as organic oregano, organic lemons, sea salt and wine vinegar. The fast and timely processing ensures the nutrient retention in the olives.

All manufactured premium products are free of chemical elements and free of preservatives.
Sustainability is also a big criterion when it comes to packaging, which is why Amvrelia also use alternatives that are as environmentally friendly as possible.

Many of our olive products - especially the varieties with different fillings - we obtain from Erotokritos. Made by the olive specialist Papadakis Konstantinos / Erotokritos, in the Sitia region, Crete. This area is known for the cultivation and processing of olives and is provided with an EU-protected indication of origin due to the associated, sustainable agriculture. Like the in-house, multi-award-winning olive oil, these (filled) olives are also one of the company's premium products.

Here you will find olives of all kinds: Seedless and with a core, Kalamon olives, organic olives and olives with various tasty fillings also.
