Founded in 1989, the Tsililis winery is located in the Antichasia-Meteora region (a Natura 2000 protected area) and cultivates its vineyards in a sustainable manner. The region's unique soils and excellent climate form the basis for excellent grape varieties. In addition to cultivation, the manufacturing and distillation processes have also been optimized over the years. Tsililis produced the first tsipouro in Thessaly, which has a protected geographical indication. In 1996, Tsililis created its purely organic vineyards while also beginning to revitalize and establish rare Greek grape varieties In addition to single-variety distillates, the winery also specializes in the production of a wide variety of wines. These are pressed in a traditional way - combined with the latest technology.
A special product line is formed by the Mostra wines, which are not only very popular on the Greek market: These are very aromatic, intense cuvée wines with a balanced acidity made from the grape varieties Muscat, Syrah and Merlot. The special double safety lid makes it possible to easily open and close the wine bottles several times.
