These whole olives with a core are made from the large Kalamon olives. The Kalamon olives are among the best olive varieties in Greece and are carefully harvested and processed. The taste is hearty and impresses with the aroma of the sun-ripened olives. Recommended with tzatziki, as an ingredient in fresh Mediterranean salads and of course as a starter.

Made in the protected region of Sitia - one of the best olive growing areas in Greece - for the olive specialist Papadakis Konstantinos / Erotokritos. These olives are among the premium products of the Erotokritos company also as is the in-house olive oil, which has mostly been awarded in recent years.
